Meet Our Founder
Dave Findlay is the Founder and CEO of Fuse Data, a Toronto-based data analytics consultancy and professional services company that uses a unique ‘people-first’ approach to help enterprises establish their first data and analytics program. He started Fuse Data in 2022 to help fill the gap in organizations by leading them through a data journey that prioritizes people who work with it - every day.
Dave’s career in combined data and analytics spans 20+ years, demonstrating excellence in scaling award-winning teams who serve companies in the financial services, real estate and pharmaceutical sectors.
Prior to founding Fuse Data, he was a Partner and the Chief Growth & Strategy Officer at Gensquared where he evolved his Data-team-as-a-Service offering to what is now The Fuse Method. Dave successfully led stakeholders through making a shift from tech-centric to business-centric analytics by delivering exceptional data products and value over the long term. His contribution to Gensquared, resulted in making the The 2021 Globe and Mail Top Growing Company List (with record growth) and its acquisition by Ernst & Young in 2022.
Dave is passionate about embracing the potential of creativity by assembling teams that thrive while extending the same people potential to the companies he partners with. He’s a supporter of the First Capital Thriving Neighbourhood Foundation and other employee-led causes.
